Big Dutchman’s newly developed control system for CallMatic 2 ESF system is based on state-of-the-art computer technology, enabling a virtually unlimited number of feeding stations.
Here is how it is set up:

CallMatic Controls and Software
- Every station is equipped with a 505 control
- for easy – and direct – access to all information. Thus adjustments can be carried out instantly at any feeding station.
- Each 505 can independently manage the ESF station. If the PC is off for any reason, the 505 control unit still has complete control over all procedures
- All stations can feed simultaneously
- Reliable user-friendly operation
- The big display of the 505 controller conveniently shows you all relevant information, like
- Data of identified sow
- Feed quantities and selection status
- Report on feed station alarms
- Feed station statistics (no. of visits…e.g.)
- configuration (reset of weighing system…e.g.)
PC Software
- Comprehensive sow management software for CallMatic 2
- Can be run on a standard PC
- Freely programmable feed curves are displayed graphically on the PC
- New sows can easily be added by entering the sow and transponder number and assigning an individual feed curve.
- Automatic selection according to programmable selection criteria.
- A handheld (PDA) is available as a mobile management tool.

- Remote diagnosis / Web link
A network camera transmits images
directly from the barn to the office PC
Decisions made during inspection rounds can
easily be transferred from a hand held to the computer.
